I want to start out by saying that I love the blog," writes a Vitamin G reader in Houston, Texas. "I read it everyday. But, now I need your help. I recently just started a new job and it is an 8-5 office job. I am first having trouble staying energetic throughout the day without being overloaded on four cups of coffee! I was wondering if you could help me out with a meal and snack ideas that I can take to work to keep me up! Thank you, Restless in the City."
